How it works
Four steps. That's the whole system.
01
The request comes in
A customer calls for a new cart, a swap, a pull or a repair. Whoever answers the phone types it once — name, address, cart type, date needed — and it's in the system. No sticky note, no second entry.
02
It lands on the mobile application
The driver opens the app and today's stops are already there, in order, with the map and the cart type on each one. If there's no signal, the list still works and catches up later.
03
The driver closes the stop
Delivered, exchanged, removed, or flagged broken — one tap with the cart number. The office sees it happen; the cart record updates itself.
04
You can prove it later
Six months on, when a customer says the cart never came or a city wants a count, the answer is a search — date, address, cart number, driver, pictures.
