48 years on the route, and one very old problem.
Cart-Flow was built inside a family waste business with 48 years in the industry — not by a software company guessing at what a hauler needs.
We had the same mess everybody has: cart requests on scraps of paper, a spreadsheet nobody trusted, drivers doing their best from memory, and no straight answer when a customer or a city asked what happened to a cart. We looked at what was for sale, found nothing simple enough for a crew to actually use, and wrote it ourselves.
It's been shaped by real drivers in real trucks, which is why the app works offline, why the buttons are big, and why nothing takes more than a couple of taps. If a feature slowed a driver down, it got cut.
Now we're opening it to other companies in the industry. You can run it as Cart-Flow, or run it branded to your own company so your drivers and customers only ever see your name on it.
What we won't do
Promise a feature that isn't built, or quote a saving we haven't seen with our own trucks.
Who you'll talk to
The people who built it and run routes with it. There's no call center.
